• Otsutsuki (1% roll) — the rarest and strongest clan. It grants an extra Chakra Shard (five instead of four), natural Byakugan awakening, and access to Moon Rags and Blood Weapons. If you roll Otsutsuki, do not wipe.
• Uchiha (roughly 1-2% roll) — a 1.12x fire buff, extra chakra and stamina, natural Sharingan, and the coveted Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. Uchiha come with Fireball and Kirin effectively pre-mastered.
• Hyuga (roughly 2% roll) — a 20% melee damage increase, Blue and Red Gates, and chakra-draining punches make Hyuga a taijutsu monster for aggressive players.

A tier — excellent and more common

• Lee (about 21% roll) — instant advanced taijutsu, double stamina, and full Inner Gate mastery. Absurdly strong for how easy it is to roll.
• Senju (about 22% roll) — +50 chakra, a 1.12x earth buff, extra clones, and Deep Forest Emergence. The best “common” clan in the game.
• Uzumaki — sealing damage buffs, Adamantine Sealing Chains, Beast Extraction, reduced Life Force loss on death, and better jinchuriki odds.
• Ketsuryugan — natural awakening up to Stage 3 with strong bleed pressure.

B tier — solid mid-game picks

• Akimichi — Butterfly Mode and Spinning Human Boulder give surprising mobility and burst.
• Ayrui — Purple Lightning with a 1.18x lightning buff and longer ailments.
• Aburame — bug swarms and Infestation for zoning.

C tier — playable but forgettable

• Hoshigaki — strong only near water, with Shark Transformation and Samehada buffs.
• Zetsu — poison immunity and free Wood Style after progression, but weak raw stats.
• Haruno — Blossom Touch utility with a thin kit.
