Your clan (bloodline) is the most important permanent choice in Bloodlines. It sets your passives, elemental affinity, and access to awakenings, and it is assigned randomly on each new slot. Rare and elite clans
- Otsutsuki (about 1%) — +10 chakra, an extra Chakra Shard (five total), natural Byakugan up to Stage 4, Moon Rags, Blood Weapons, and Rift access. The strongest clan in the game.
- Uchiha (about 1-2%) — 1.12x fire buff, +10 chakra, +1 stamina bar, natural Sharingan, and Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. Fireball and Kirin come pre-mastered.
- Hyuga (about 2%) — +1 stamina bar, 20% melee damage, Blue Gates, Red Gates, and chakra-draining punches. A dominant taijutsu clan.
Strong common clans
- Lee (about 21%) — advanced taijutsu on spawn, double stamina, and full Inner Gate mastery.
- Senju (about 22%) — 1.12x earth buff, +50 chakra, +1 hunger bar, extra clone durability, Deep Forest Emergence. Smoldering Earth and Earth Wall come pre-mastered.
- Uzumaki — +30 chakra, sealing damage buffs, Adamantine Sealing Chains, Beast Extraction, reduced Life Force loss on death, and higher jinchuriki odds.
- Ketsuryugan — +1 hunger bar, 25% bleed resistance, and natural awakening to Stage 3.
Situational and niche clans
- Akimichi — +2 food bars, Butterfly Mode, and Spinning Human Boulder for mobility.
- Ayrui — Purple Lightning with a 1.18x lightning buff, longer ailments, and extra bleed. Lightning Stream and Kirin pre-mastered.
- Aburame — +10 chakra, +1 stamina bar, Infestation on spawn, and Bugs Swarm.
- Hoshigaki — faster swimming, Shark Transformation, 1.05x water buff, and strong regen in water.
- Zetsu — regen on grass, Burrow, poison immunity after progression, and free Wood Style.
- Haruno — +1 hunger bar, Blossom Touch, and Limb Blossom utility.
- Bones (Kaguya) and Yuki (Ice) — event-obtainable clans with unique kits (bone manipulation, ice immunity and jutsu).
Clan progression
Many clans have a progression NPC in the open world — for example the Hyuga Elder for Byakugan, Zetsu for Zetsus, Chino for Ketsuryugan, and the Uzumaki Heirloom for Uzumakis.
