Bloodlines Controls and HUD
Every keybind and meter you need to read the battlefield.
Bloodlines is a fast, combo-heavy game, and knowing your controls and HUD cold is essential when a single death costs 25% of your Life Force. This reference lists the core keybinds for PC and mobile and breaks down every meter on screen so you always know your state in a fight.
Core PC controls
- WASD — move; Space — jump (uses a stamina counter in combat).
- Hold C — charge chakra (required before casting jutsu).
- Left mouse button — cast the equipped jutsu or perform an M1 attack.
- Right mouse button — M2 / heavy attack on weapons and moves.
- Block / dash — core defensive actions; practice them until reflexive.
- K — toggle the Command List and, with the emote gamepass, the emote menu.
Mobile players get on-screen buttons mirroring these actions, with a virtual stick for movement and tap targets for chakra, jump, and skills. You can rebind PC keys through the Keybinds option in settings.
Useful settings
- Instant Cast — equipping a move casts it automatically (does not apply to moves with both M1 and M2 variants).
- Visible Cooldowns — shows move cooldowns in the bottom-right corner.
- Item Display Type — swaps item icons for text.
- Cinematic Mode — hides the hotbar and player list for clean footage.
- Streamer Mode — hides your server name while sitting on a crystal.
The Command List (press K)
The command list holds text commands that matter in PvP:
mb all— remove your combat tag from everyone.mb village/mb clan— drop combat tag from allies or clanmates.age up cooldown— show time left until your next age-up.angelic cooldown— check whether Angelic Rescue is available.toggle byakugan filterandtoggle otsu animations— quality-of-life toggles.
HUD breakdown
- Life Force — the central circle; your real lives (see the Life Force, Sin & aging guide).
- Health — right bar; empties as you take damage.
- Food bars — plus symbols under health; more filled bars mean faster regen.
- Chakra — left bar; spent on jutsu.
- Stamina counters — small bars under chakra; each combat jump costs one.
- Blue shield — passive guardbreak protection next to chakra.
- Awakening timer — the purple flame showing mode duration or cooldown.
Practice priorities
- Get comfortable charging chakra and casting under pressure.
- Learn to block and dash reflexively before attempting PvP.
- Watch your stamina counters so you are not caught unable to jump.
- Keep food bars topped up for regen during long fights.
Once your inputs are clean, put them to use with how to unlock jutsu and the boss farming guide. Brand-new players should begin with the getting started guide, and you can review the clans that change some of these animations in the clans database. Practice blocking before you queue for any rank exam.
